Locum Lawyer

My over 50 years experience is in Suburban Auckland as a General Practitioner. This was in sole practice for 30 years and as a Partner/Director for 17 years.

I have employed up to 18 staff through these periods, professional and support.

My reputation is for client service, practice development and technology innovation.

I am a trust Account Partner and Landonline Conveyancing Professional with a current practicing certificate.

While I have employed litigation lawyers and been a Partner/Director with Litigation principals I have no Litigation experience.

I am available anywhere in New Zealand to help you with :-

• managing your practice for a period while you get a break.
• consulting on technology or management issues
• a short term project that requires an extra pair of experienced hands.
• clearing that mind block or skeleton file off your desk.

I would be engaged as a contractor working part time. With no management or administration involvement my time is exclusively focussed on productive work.

During the contract I require Professional Indemnity cover under your policy. In the case of managing a practice the Law Society may require I be appointed your attorney for the period of the contract.
